rasa mcm nasib malang je these past few days.
1. got sick! like really sick. muntah like 14times during that one night. thank God that was the only episode. lepas tu terus stop. food poisoning kaw2 punya. gila aa.
2. handphone rosak. babai screen. gelap. tak nampak ape. sedih, sume phone number ilang. msgs that i have saved since 2007 gone with the wind. sedihhhh.
3. jatuh sakit lg mlm ni.
4. takleh tido kena siapkan write up.
tapiii……. ape2 pon… ni dugaan Allah kan. ada hikmah disebalik semua tu..
ade jugak benda2 best yg berlaku time balik umah weekend aritu.
mama booked the dewan for us already. then insyaAllah end of the month or early next month nk g bandung beli brg! this week ade pameran kat pwtc. jom?

mkn actually mcm biasa je. mlm kena mkn sbb penat. mkn mihun sup je pon. kat kirana jek. tmpt lain tak layan~ haha. tiap2 hari jln bagai nak rak kat hospital. tu je la physical activity. lps ptg trus pengsan!
hahaha. oklah. kena kurus jugak before march at least. ke february. 4 bulan cukup la bg tailor jahit baju kan? nak baju grace kelly. frustnya kalau tak dpt.. usaha dulu..

*tak amek herbalife jgk sbb terbgn lmbt then mlm lupa nk bawak g court td.
*ate egg sandwich for lunch
*otw pg court pg drive thru. haha. shared chicken porridge n ayam goreng with abg. yums! haha hancur beerkecai diet hari ke-4
*td shared banana choc chip muffin with jawa n abg. besar kan yg starbucks punya tu. then mkn corn in cup tu secawan. byk gila laaa mkn! hahaha.
*takpe esok start balik herbalife. td tak smpt la kan.
*tak sabar nk tggu sunday. i hope i have lost at least 0.5kg

it is going very well!
3 days passed and everything is fine. td balik rumah so gatal la nk weigh kan. dah turun 1.1kg. tp confirm aa yoyo2 kan bila makan, g toilet, etc etc. tggu sunday la then check utk official punya. currently taking herbalife for breakfast and dinner. lunch je mkn nasik. tp tu pon kena reduce carb intake. byk kot lemak2 tepu yg boleh digunakan utk tukar jd energy. huhu tp kena jgk mkn kalau tidak mana nak dpt immediate energy kan.
the other day i did exercises with D. best gila! mcm2 la blaja. mula2 jogging then buat mcm2 stretching exercises. besttt! nnt nk train lg sampai jd routine. then nk start swimming. ahhaha
smgt waja. mestila. nk tgk result kan
klah. ade lg satu cwu nk kena hantar esok. another 2 days to go. then abes la senior paeds. off to obs and gynae plak. >.< blergh.

dah start skola. as usual. malas ah kan. life has to go onnn.. hahaha td i watched the private lives of pippa lee. tapi cam pelik. sampai last2 pon cam tak paham what was the motive of the story. 2 3 kali dah asyik tgk cite yg slow2 mcm ni. bleh jd emo.
time to go and finish my cwu.

currently the weight is 6*kg. (malu nk bgtau
nnt bila ade improvement i’ll change the star into a number. huhu) which seems like IMPOSSIBLE to lose! >.< but obviously i’m gonna try anyway. i don’t know how i let myself become this big. of course you will only realize how big u are when you see pictures of you. tapi obviously akan still berada dalam keadaan denial la kan. HAHA.
so operasi akan start tomorrow. sunday 18/10/09 (which coincidentally is Ashman’s 10th month birthday! happy 10th month bigbabyboy! Angah loves you so much!
) the aim is to be at most 55kg on my birthday 28th april next year. lg 6 months mcm tu. mesti boleh punya. 2kg/month is suppose to be easy to lose(easy to say. kakakaka) >.<
i play squash sometimes. so exercise is not a problem. i just need to put in some jogging in between which I DONT LIKE AT ALL. never have but will have to change in future?((HOPEFULLY!!) i’m marrying someone who runs as a career kot
so squash and jogging it is. back to doing core exercises too.
ok secondly, food intake. cannot emphasize more on how important this is. i think the reason im gaining so much weight is because i eat A LOT. takleh la nak compare dengan org yg metabolism mcm kuda kan(read: D. hehe). my metabolism macam non existent je. haha. everything i eat turns into SATURATED FAT yg happily will go to the abdomen, buttocks and thigh. huhu. so start esok malam takyah la makan k. mula2 la. nnt bila dah turun berat boleh la tuka menu. gimme 1 month to try this out.
will put up the results of all this every end of the week. i’ll weigh myself every sunday la. tak tension ke every week nak timbang? ke nak every 2 weeks? hahaha every week je la kot. we’ll see how it goes.
